Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/LE Application Support to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise SAP environments. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, resolving complex incidents, supporting enhancements, and collaborating with business and technical teams to optimize SAP Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution processes.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Incident Management

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD and LE modules, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
  • Monitor application performance and incidents, coordinating closely with L1/local support teams
  • Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Functional Analysis & Solutioning

  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document user and business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and refine functional needs

Configuration, Enhancement & Testing

  • Map business processes to SAP SD/LE functionalities and recommend system improvements
  • Perform configuration and customization of SD-related processes
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and validation activities
  • Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for development

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Debug ABAP programs to identify issues and support resolution
  • Analyze system scenarios to detect gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide practical workaround solutions while ensuring long-term fixes

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as liaison between users, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to end users
  • Ensure a high level of customer service, responsiveness, and sense of urgency

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SD and LE
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
  • Experience in application support (L2/L3) within SAP environments
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP AFS 6.0 SP8
  • Working knowledge of ABAP debugging
  • Familiarity with SD and MM transaction codes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Must have a reliable internet connection for remote work

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP Retail
  • Exposure to Materials Management (MM) and cross-module integration
  • Experience in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
