We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC professional to lead and manage security, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, and a proven ability to manage stakeholders, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Security & GRC initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage SAP GRC Access Control, including user provisioning, role design, risk analysis, and mitigation
- Oversee compliance management processes, audits, and control frameworks
- Coordinate onsite activities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, business users, and IT teams
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes related to SAP security and GRC
- Govern and secure the SAP landscape, including system hardening and risk reduction strategies
- Support ongoing projects, enhancements, and system upgrades from a security and compliance perspective
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP security processes, tools, and methodologies
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC
- Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control and compliance management
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in SAP landscape governance and security hardening
- Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Ability to support large-scale SAP projects and enhancements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in complex, global SAP environments
- Knowledge of industry compliance standards and audit practices
- Exposure to S/4HANA security concepts is a plus
