Role Overview

SAP Treasury / Finance Consultant responsible for providing Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP FICO and Treasury modules. The role focuses on stabilizing production systems, resolving incidents, supporting business operations, and delivering minor enhancements aligned with SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities

A. AMS Support (L2/L3 Operations)

Provide day-to-day production support for:
- SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
- Cash & Liquidity Management
- Bank Accounting
- Core Finance (GL, AP, AR)
Resolve:
- Incidents within defined SLAs
- Service requests and user issues
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
Monitor system jobs and financial transactions

B. Financial & Treasury Process Support

Support business processes such as:
- Payment processing (F110, F111)
- Bank statement processing (automatic/manual)
- Cash positioning and liquidity forecasting
- Treasury deals (loans, FX, investments)
Assist in:
- Period-end and year-end closing activities
- Reconciliation (bank, GL, intercompany)

C. Issue Resolution & Enhancements

Analyze business issues and provide:
- Functional solutions
- Configuration fixes
Prepare:
- Functional specifications (FS)
- Support WRICEF objects (in coordination with ABAP team)
Work on minor enhancements and change requests

D. Integration & Coordination

Coordinate with cross-functional teams:
- MM (Invoice & payments integration)
- SD (Billing & receivables)
Ensure smooth integration between:
- Treasury and Finance modules
- Banking interfaces and SAP

E. Documentation & Knowledge Management

Maintain:
- Configuration documents
- Incident logs and resolution steps
- Knowledge base (KB articles)
Create SOPs for recurring activities
