We are seeking a skilled SAP Workshop Mediator and Consultant with expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Project Systems (PS), Materials Management (MM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The successful candidate will play a crucial role as a mediator during workshops, facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams while possessing a fundamental understanding of SAP terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes, and identify SAP-related needs.
- Act as a mediator between business users and technical teams to ensure a common understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Provide basic SAP knowledge and terminology during workshops to bridge the communication gap between business and technical participants.
- Translate business requirements into SAP terms and vice versa for effective communication.
- Collaborate with experienced SAP consultants for in-depth technical discussions and solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business users and the SAP technical team to ensure alignment.
- Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training programs related to SAP terminology and basic concepts.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of SAP modules such as EAM, PM, PS, MM, and EWM.
- Proven experience in workshop facilitation, mediation, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in SAP terms and translate business requirements into SAP language.
