We are looking for a Senior Cloud Platform & Reliability Engineer who will lead critical initiatives in cloud modernization, infrastructure redesign, platform migration, and reliability engineering. This is an individual contributor role with strong technical leadership responsibilities, partnering with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure our platforms are scalable, resilient, secure, and operationally stable.
Lead infrastructure and system redesign initiatives to enhance performance, scalability, and resilience.
Review and validate cloud architecture, CI/CD pipeline design, and infrastructure automation solutions.
Ensure that architecture and infrastructure initiatives meet operational, security, and business requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and manage infrastructure and platform migration projects, including cloud migrations and modernization efforts.
Identify risks, establish mitigation plans, and ensure controlled and successful execution of migration activities.
Strengthen system reliability practices such as monitoring, alerting, availability management, observability, and performance testing.
Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex platform or infrastructure-related issues.
Drive incident prevention strategies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements in platform stability.
Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD processes in support of operational reliability.
Provide technical leadership, align stakeholders, and ensure best practices in infrastructure design and operational governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
Experience participating in or leading infrastructure redesign, platform migration, or modernization initiatives.
Hands-on experience supporting production cloud or hybrid environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or similar).
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex systems issues.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance testing tools.
Strong coordination skills, with experience working across multiple technical teams.
Ownership mindset with strong planning, follow-through, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
