We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our dynamic team. The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from large datasets and providing valuable recommendations to drive business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and clean large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques and Power BI to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards in Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Present findings to cross-functional teams and senior management in a clear and understandable manner using Power BI reports and visualizations.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends and business outcomes, leveraging Power BI capabilities.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their specific analytical needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights derived from Power BI.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis processes, leveraging Power BI functionalities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to support data-driven decision-making using Power BI insights.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, sharing best practices in data analysis and Power BI visualization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Power BI, and experience creating interactive dashboards.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus.
