Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Business.
• 2+ years in a similar analytical role (i.e. business analysis, sales data analysis).
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP.
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI.
• High level of organization and detail-oriented.
• Excellent time management.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer & Territory Data Management:

• Manage and enrich customer and territory data across ERP and CRM platforms.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through proactive clean-up and standardization.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to align data for acquisitions and territory assignments.

• Maintain sales hierarchy including new hires, transfers, terminations, and structural changes.

Data Review & Analysis:

• Conduct data analysis for regional sales and business units.

• Identify data gaps and inconsistencies; propose corrective actions.

• Provide territory coverage analysis to support campaign and sales rep assignments.

• Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize processes.

Reporting & Support:

• Assist with preparation of key reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Respond to data discrepancy inquiries and ensure timely resolution.

• Support audit processes and maintain accurate documentation.

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations or changes.
