Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Business.
- 2+ years in a similar analytical role (i.e. business analysis, sales data analysis).
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP.
- Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI.
- High level of organization and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer & Territory Data Management:
- Manage and enrich customer and territory data across ERP and CRM platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through proactive clean-up and standardization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align data for acquisitions and territory assignments.
- Maintain sales hierarchy including new hires, transfers, terminations, and structural changes.
- Data Review & Analysis:
- Conduct data analysis for regional sales and business units.
- Identify data gaps and inconsistencies; propose corrective actions.
- Provide territory coverage analysis to support campaign and sales rep assignments.
- Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize processes.
- Reporting & Support:
- Assist with preparation of key reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Respond to data discrepancy inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Support audit processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations or changes.
