What You’ll Do 

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Java-based applications
• Drive continuous service improvements to prevent incidents and elevate system performance
• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring successful execution
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements
• Develop scalable solutions using modern Java frameworks and best practices
• Produce technical documentation including designs, prototypes, and specifications
• Ensure code quality through standards, reviews, and testing frameworks
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues
• Recommend and implement innovative technical solutions to improve product capabilities

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experiencein Java development with strong expertise in:
  • Java (8 & 17), Spring Boot, REST APIs
  • Full-stack development and API integrations
• Strong experience in:
  • Debugging, testing, and performance optimization
  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Web services (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON
  • Database systems (MySQL)
  • Application servers like Tomcat
• Familiarity with:
  • Build tools: Maven, Ant
  • DevOps & Agile practices: Azure DevOps, Git Flow, Scrum
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with C#, .NET, or additional programming languages
• Exposure to legacy frameworks (JSF/JSP)
• Background in business domain processes
