GECO Philippines is Hiring: Senior Java / TIBCO EBX Developer
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java / TIBCO EBX Developer to join a high-performing enterprise technology team in a contract capacity. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Java backend development, Master Data Management (MDM), and TIBCO EBX customization and integration.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise Java development
- 4+ years of specialized experience with TIBCO EBX development and configuration
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices
- Experience designing and developing RESTful and SOAP-based integrations
- Solid SQL and database optimization skills (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server)
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills:
- TIBCO EBX certifications (TCP/TCA)
- Experience with MDM platform upgrades and migrations
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, or TIBCO EMS
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven, and GitLab CI/CD
