Position: Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of technology projects from inception to completion.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in IT infrastructure or cloud-based projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with cloud technologies and IT infrastructure (you don’t need to be a technical expert, but an understanding is helpful).
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, balancing timelines, budgets, and client needs.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with an ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or other project management credentials are preferred.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of cloud and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, set expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the process.
- Proactively identify any risks or issues and work to resolve them before they impact the project.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, ensuring they’re kept informed and any potential challenges are addressed.
- Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
- Continuously look for ways to improve project management processes and efficiency.
