We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions that optimize business processes. The role focuses on building scalable automations using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, working closely with business stakeholders to transform manual workflows into efficient automated solutions.
Process Analysis & Automation Design
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and assess existing workflows.
Identify automation opportunities and design RPA solutions aligned with business objectives.
Translate business and functional requirements into detailed automation designs and documentation.
RPA Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation workflows.
Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and applications.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of automation workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing and production.
Ensure automation reliability, accuracy, and performance standards are met.
Reporting, Documentation & Analysis
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, workflows, logs, and reports.
Monitor automation performance and track project deliverables.
Analyze existing automations to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.
Support & Maintenance
Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, including incident resolution and preventive improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and quality.
Stay updated on RPA, AI, and automation trends, sharing best practices with the team.
Required
Microsoft O365 Cloud Services: SharePoint, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, OneDrive
RPA Tools: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Hub
Nice to Have
Programming: Python, C#, VB.NET, VBS
Methodologies: Agile Scrum, Kanban
Tools: Git, Azure DevOps
Knowledge of AI, AI Agents, and Agentic Automations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA.
3–4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate workflow design.
Expertise in UiPath workflow design, exception handling, and data manipulation.
Experience with OCR / Document Understanding is a plus.
UiPath Certification is preferred.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and RPA integration is an advantage.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
