We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. The ideal candidate has deep functional knowledge, proven implementation experience, and the ability to optimize processes for business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting).
- Configure SAP CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing).
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and process optimization.
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, and ABAP developers, to ensure seamless integration.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities in SAP.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of SAP FICO experience with multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
