Position: Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager (Cloud & Infra)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with both technical and functional expertise to help us deliver successful, cutting-edge projects that accelerate our business transformation.
As a Senior Project Manager (Techno-Functional), you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within scope.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in project management with a focus on both technical and functional domains.
- Strong background in managing complex IT infrastructure, cloud-based projects, and enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Nutanix, AWS, Azure) and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management approaches.
- Understanding of trends and challenges in the hybrid cloud, multicloud, and data center management space.
- Deep understanding of business processes, workflows, and requirements gathering.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions meet both business needs and technical constraints.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Good to Have:
- Knowledge of Nutanix products and cloud technologies.
- Advanced project management or Agile certifications.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
- Work with both teams to ensure the project’s technical solutions meet business needs.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and tasks are completed on time.
- Identify risks early and take steps to resolve issues, keeping the project on track.
- Use Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies depending on the project needs.
- Gather and clarify business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions.
- Keep track of all project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
