Position: Senior TIBCO Analyst
We are looking for a Senior TIBCO Analyst to join our IT team. You will provide analysis, development, and support for TIBCO integrations and middleware solutions, ensuring smooth operation of our systems and on-time delivery of projects.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must Have:
- 3–5+ years of experience in analysis and development using TIBCO technologies
- Strong foundation in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO Designer, TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO EMS
- Hands-on experience in API integration troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of basic UNIX commands and scripting
- Working knowledge of basic SQL commands and scripting
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes
- Experience supporting applications raised by project managers and stakeholders
- Ability to document development work, including findings and resolutions
- Good to Have:
- Knowledge of TIBCO BusinessConnect (BC)
- Knowledge of TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE)
- Experience with TIBCO Spotfire
- Exposure to Tableau or Power BI for reporting and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting SQL Server, Oracle, and SSIS jobs
- Familiarity with catalog and pricing management systems (CLX / VisionX)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis, development, and application support using TIBCO technologies
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain TIBCO BW integrations, EMS messaging, and middleware workflows
- Investigate and resolve issues related to SQL Server, Oracle databases, and SSIS export jobs
- Debug and support API integrations to ensure reliable data exchange between systems
- Support reporting activities, including troubleshooting and delivery using Tableau and Power BI
- Manage and support CLX/VisionX catalog and pricing configurations
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues
- Coordinate with project managers, QA teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery
- Maintain clear communication with application users regarding request status and issue resolution
- Proactively document development work, technical findings, fixes, and resolutions
- Escalate unresolved issues in accordance with SLA and support procedures
