Service Desk Analyst
Do you posses an experience and passion for providing IT Technical Support? We are looking to for a highly capable Service Desk Analyst to assess and support IT related issues.
If you are a person with ability to absorb and retain information quickly, and able to present ideas in user-friendly language, then you are the one we are looking for!
Job Requirement and Qualification:
- Primary Skill: Service Desk Management
- Previous working experience in IT support.
- Can work individually and a team player
- Attention to detail
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Open the Technical support issue
- Supply information about incident
- Support the AWS API (standard changes opened via Ticketing Tool) – SME for interface
- Submit queries related to General Guidance on AMS or other AWS Services and classify their priority
- Request details of changes made by AMS team or AMS tools (using Athena queries)
