Job Requirement and Qualification:

  • Primary Skill: Service Desk Management
  • Previous working experience in IT support.
  • Can work individually and a team player
  • Attention to detail

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Open the Technical support issue
  • Supply information about incident
  • Support the AWS API (standard changes opened via Ticketing Tool) – SME for interface
  • Submit queries related to General Guidance on AMS or other AWS Services and classify their priority
  • Request details of changes made by AMS team or AMS tools (using Athena queries)
