Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and enhance applications using ServiceNow best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Perform impact assessments, testing, and support platform upgrades and patching activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the ServiceNow platform.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
- Required skills: ServiceNow development or architecture skills on the ServiceNow platform and its product lines including but not limited to any of the following: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment is an advantage.
- Exposure to GenAI technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certification
- ITIL Certification or working knowledge of ITIL
- Background in Systems Engineering or Software Development
- Passion for automation, innovation, and continuous learning
