Software Engineer Trainee (C++)

📍 Location: Onsite – Iloilo City

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in software development activities including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior developers and project teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in building scalable and maintainable applications.
• Contribute to troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems.
• Engage in continuous learning and training sessions to enhance technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Must Have's:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge and practical experience (academic or professional) in C, C#, and/or C++ programming languages.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good English communication skills – able to work effectively in a team and communicate technical ideas clearly.
  • Open to fresh graduates and junior-level candidates with relevant experience.
• Nice to Have (Optional):
  • Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

For Junior-level Candidates:

• Minimum of 1 year industry experience in software development preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors.

For Graduate/Entry-Level Candidates:

• Must hold a Computer Science / IT or any equivalent qualification.
