The Solutions Architect (RPA) will play a key role in leading the design, architecture, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other architects to develop and deliver efficient, scalable, and secure RPA solutions that align with the company's overall digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of RPA solutions across the organization, ensuring they align with business goals and IT strategy.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for RPA architecture, identifying opportunities to optimize and automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into RPA solutions.
- Drive best practices for RPA development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Oversee the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Work with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, testers) to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of RPA solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RPA development teams, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new RPA tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the organization’s automation capabilities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and innovations in RPA, including cognitive automation and AI-powered automation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and security standards in the design and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and drive success for RPA initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in RPA architecture and solution design, including hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and process re-engineering.
- Expertise in designing scalable, reusable, and maintainable RPA solutions for complex business processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Python) and scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with integrating RPA solutions into enterprise systems and platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism, etc.) is highly desirable.
