🔍 Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Automation Design

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document existing workflows.

• Identify opportunities for automation and design RPA solutions aligned with business goals.

• Translate process requirements into detailed automation designs and documentation.

RPA Development

• Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).

• Build, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable automation scripts.

• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and applications.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during testing and production.

Reporting, Documentation & Analysis

• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including workflows, logs, and reports.

• Monitor and track automation deliverables and project progress.

• Analyze existing workflows to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.

• Support a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within the automation team.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, including troubleshooting incidents and implementing preventive measures.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure business continuity and consistent service quality.

• Stay updated with the latest RPA and AI trends, sharing best practices and emerging techniques.

💼 Technical Skills & Competencies

Must Have:

• Microsoft O365 Cloud Services: SharePoint, Power Automate (Cloud Flow & Desktop), Power BI, OneDrive

• RPA Tools: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Hub

Good to Have:

• Programming: Python, C#, VB.NET, VBS

• Methodologies: Agile Scrum, Kanban

• Tools: Git, Azure DevOps

• Knowledge in AI, AI Agents, and Agentic Automations

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA.

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.

• Skilled in designing and developing automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

• Strong expertise in UiPath workflow design, exception handling, and data manipulation.

• Experience with OCR or Document Understanding solutions is a plus.

• Solid understanding of software development best practices.

• UiPath Certification preferred.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integrating them with RPA workflows is an advantage.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
