Sr. Systems Lead - E-commerce

Muntinlupa, Philippines (Hybrid)

• AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• Manage the Application Maintenance team of the System Integrator / Partner

• Plan Application Maintenance releases and hotfixes

• Manage relationships with eCommerce stakeholders (Business, Operations and Services Teams)

• Manage escalations on issues impacting productive applications

• Track Application Maintenance KPIs and System Integrator Service Levels

• Bug/Defect triage

• TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Ticketing Management System suite (must have)

• Atlassian Suite (nice to have)

• eCommerce processes knowledge (must have)

• eCommerce applications functional knowledge (must have)

• Software Development Lifecyle (Waterfall or Scrum) (must have)

• Web SDLC (nice to have)

• Previous experience in IT eCommerce team or System Integrator (must have)

• Previous experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) HCL Commerce (WCS), IBM Websphere, eCommerce platforms (nice to have)

• Experience working with offshore teams (nice to have)

• Basic reporting and data/processes analysis skills (must have)

• Proficient in English (must have)
