Elicit and document business requirements for identified projects by engaging stakeholders and end-users.
Develop comprehensive system analysis assets, including:
Requirements documentation
User stories and acceptance criteria
As-is and to-be process models
Process flowcharts
Low-fidelity wireframes or prototypes
Analyze system requirements, change requests, business processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business units, IT, and product teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Support project lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, and deployment through effective documentation and communication.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other Science/Technology-related fields. Open to Business or Management degree holders.
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis or related roles.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of systems analysis and design methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Familiarity with agile practices and user experience (UX) design principles.
Proficiency in process modeling and creation of technical documentation.
Experience with data management and query techniques using Excel and SQL is a plus.
