As a consultant Systems Support Engineer you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of application systems. This role involves actively contributing to incident management and gaining exposure to DevOps practices. Your efforts will contribute to the smooth functioning of systems and you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow while assisting in the delivery of solutions to our clients. This role in particular will be specialised in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Job description: 

  • Monitor, identify, and resolve Salesforce-related incidents and system performance issues to ensure high availability and stability.
  • Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, including user management, permissions, and data integrity.
  • Leverage debugging tools and techniques to investigate and troubleshoot system errors, working closely with developers and administrators.
  • Follow best practices and operational standards to optimize system efficiency and performance.
  • Assist in the implementation of enhancements, bug fixes, and minor customizations within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD processes and ensure smooth delivery of updates.
  • Set up alerts, reports, and monitoring tools to detect and prevent operational issues proactively.
  • Document operational processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Support Salesforce data management, including data import/export, data cleansing, and backups.
  • You will apply the latest technology thinking from TW to solve client problems.

Technical skills : 

Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and platform fundamentals.

  • Experience with incident management tools and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Exposure to programming/scripting languages like Apex, SOQL, or scripting tools such as Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git is desirable.
  • Ability to work with data management tools, relational databases, or Salesforce reporting tools.
