Position: Talent Acquisition Consultant
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate/Consultant to help us attract and hire top talent for our growing organization.
If you have a background in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for a variety of positions across multiple departments, this is the role for you!
Location: Iloilo City
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ability to take ownership and drive recruitment processes independently.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision and taking responsibility for outcomes.
- Passionate in finding the right talent and improving recruitment strategies.
- Ability to lead recruitment projects, collaborate effectively, and potentially mentor junior team members.
- Ability to manage timelines and remain patient while awaiting feedback or results from candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract the best candidates.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Offer Management: Assist in preparing and presenting job offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and department needs.
- Track recruitment activities, maintain candidate databases, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
