We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Associate with experience in technical or IT recruitment to join our growing team. In this role, you will support end-to-end hiring processes, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver top-quality candidates across various technical domains.
Support the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate management.
Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
Recruit and pre-screen candidates for a wide range of technical roles (e.g., Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Data roles, etc.).
Conduct initial TA screenings and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and job requirements.
Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS.
Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Assist in preparing hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment (preferably IT industry).
Understanding of technical roles, tech stacks, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Talentlyft, JobStreet, etc.).
Experience supporting global or cross-functional hiring is a plus.
