Talent Acquisition Associate (Technical Recruitment)

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Associate with experience in technical or IT recruitment to join our growing team. In this role, you will support end-to-end hiring processes, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver top-quality candidates across various technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate management.

  • Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive headhunting.

  • Recruit and pre-screen candidates for a wide range of technical roles (e.g., Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Data roles, etc.).

  • Conduct initial TA screenings and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and job requirements.

  • Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers.

  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS.

  • Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Assist in preparing hiring reports and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment (preferably IT industry).

  • Understanding of technical roles, tech stacks, and hiring trends.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Talentlyft, JobStreet, etc.).

  • Experience supporting global or cross-functional hiring is a plus.
