Talent Acquisition Associate/Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process for assigned roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment is an advantage). 
• Hands-on experience using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed etc.
• Previous client-facing or stakeholder-facing recruitment experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
