Job Overview:
The Talent Brand and I&D Strategist will play a key role in driving data-driven insights to align with company strategy, brand, and purpose, ultimately leading to effective business results. The role supports Client’s reputation by creating and executing strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement candidate and recruitment marketing strategies to elevate Client’s employer brand.
- Lead performance reporting efforts and provide advisory support for Talent Brand and I&D initiatives.
- Utilize data and insights to understand market trends and identify opportunities to influence growth.
- Simplify complex data into actionable insights and provide strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with partners to foster trusted relationships and build effective project strategies.
- Communicate insights clearly and effectively to enable business decisions and brand development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis and strategy building.
- Proven experience in handling data, extracting insights, and developing marketing strategies.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in international marketing (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with Workday (preferred but not required).
