Position: Technical Account Manager (Nutanix)

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager with background / expertise in Nutanix. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with customers to address business and technical needs, mitigate risks, and enhance operational outcomes. 

Location: Manila, Philippines (Hybrid)

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Systems Administrator) within an enterprise or cloud environment.
  • Proven experience working with Nutanix or similar enterprise cloud technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud architecture, and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices for system optimization, risk management, and capacity planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and present clear, actionable solutions.
  • Expertise in customer success management and proactive service delivery.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multi-vendor escalations.
  • Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on customer success.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certifications related to Nutanix, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure management are a plus.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage operational risks and technical challenges, ensuring high availability and optimized performance for customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize the full value of their Nutanix investment.
  • Work closely with Nutanix’s product experts and engineering teams, gaining insights into the latest features, technologies, and solutions.
  • Drive customer success by facilitating education, best practices, and the efficient adoption of Nutanix technologies.
