Analyze existing system behavior by reviewing Java source code and technical documentation to understand current functionalities and workflows.
Gather, document, and translate business and system requirements into a clear and structured System Requirements Specification (SRS).
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Test Suites based on approved SRS documents.
Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate system behavior against defined requirements.
Identify, log, analyze, and document defects, working closely with developers to drive timely resolution.
Document SIT results and provide detailed testing reports.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by guiding users through test scenarios and addressing functional inquiries.
Coordinate with developers to resolve issues identified during UAT.
Present system behavior, findings, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
Act as a bridge between business users, clients, and development teams to ensure smooth communication and requirement alignment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field (Required).
Proven experience in system analysis and requirements documentation.
Hands-on experience working with Java-based applications (REQUIRED).
Ability to read and analyze Java source code to understand system logic and workflows (MANDATORY).
Strong experience in creating System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Test Suites.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client and stakeholder expectations.
Willing to work 100% onsite (daily RTO) at UT2, Taguig BGC.
Amenable to a regular/normal shift schedule.
