Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Tech Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities for technology and business-related roles. This role will focus on talent sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and delivering a positive recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT consulting or technology recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Actively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technology and business functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, project demands, and market conditions.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote professional, inclusive, and bias-aware hiring practices.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate records and recruitment workflows.
  • Collaborate with recruitment operations, HR, and business teams to improve hiring efficiency and recruitment processes.
  • Monitor hiring progress, recruitment metrics, and talent market trends.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives where required.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, reports, and candidate records.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment operations and delivery quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • Around 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in IT consulting recruitment or technology-focused hiring environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong sourcing experience using:
    • LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Job portals
    • Social sourcing platforms
    • Talent databases and referrals
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or similar recruitment systems.
  • Good understanding of technology roles and hiring processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in recruitment reporting, metrics, and process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.

Preferred / Advantage

  • Experience recruiting for IT, digital transformation, cloud, data, ERP, or software engineering roles.
  • Exposure to regional or multinational hiring environments.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or project-based hiring initiatives.
  • Knowledge of inclusive hiring and diversity recruitment practices is an advantage.
