We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience across multiple digital platforms, including web applications, mobile apps, and consumer-facing websites. In this role, you will conduct user research, design intuitive interfaces in Figma, build prototypes, and maintain a scalable design system. You will collaborate closely with global development teams to ensure high-quality, accessible, and user‑centric experiences that balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create personas, and identify UX improvement opportunities through interviews, surveys, and analytics.

• Design wireframes, user flows, high‑fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma for both web and mobile (iOS & Android).

• Build responsive layouts, mobile‑specific designs, and micro‑interactions that enhance usability.

• Maintain and update the design system, ensuring alignment with React/React Native component libraries.

• Apply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and document requirements for developers.

• Prepare detailed developer handoff files, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and review builds for visual and interaction accuracy.

Qualifications

Required

• 3–5 years UI/UX experience for web and mobile applications.

• Advanced Figma skills (components, auto‑layout, prototyping, design systems).

• Strong user research and usability testing skills.

• Experience with responsive design and mobile platform guidelines (iOS & Android).

• Design system and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) experience.

• Understanding of React/React Native concepts for developer collaboration.

• Strong visual design skills and a portfolio with web + mobile case studies.

• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Motion design skills (Lottie, After Effects, Principle).

• Experience in health, wellness, or e‑commerce.

• Familiarity with AI/ML UI patterns.

• Illustration or icon design skills.
