Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to understand client’s existing and new video conferencing (VC) systems architecture quickly
- New VC commissioning and readiness testing
- Existing VC tech refresh activities
- VC systems health monitoring, incident management, preventive maintenance
- Printer Server monitoring and issue resolution
- Collaborating with R&D, local infra teams and other stakeholders as required
- Supporting clients technical events and any new piloting activities
Proficiency/Experience in configuring and support of
- CISCO Video Conferencing Systems
- CISCO Webex systems (Room Series with Integration features)
- Incident Management and Support for VC systems
Secondary Skills:
- Printer Server, Zoom, Teams setup and monitoring
- Experience in Unix / Linux / Mac environment
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
