Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand client’s existing and new video conferencing (VC) systems architecture quickly
  • New VC commissioning and readiness testing
  • Existing VC tech refresh activities
  • VC systems health monitoring, incident management, preventive maintenance
  • Printer Server monitoring and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with R&D, local infra teams and other stakeholders as required
  • Supporting clients technical events and any new piloting activities

Proficiency/Experience in configuring and support of

  • CISCO Video Conferencing Systems
  • CISCO Webex systems (Room Series with Integration features)
  • Incident Management and Support for VC systems

Secondary Skills:

  • Printer Server, Zoom, Teams setup and monitoring
  • Experience in Unix / Linux / Mac environment
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
