Workday Security, Reporting & Adaptive Insights Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced reporting methodologies and calculated field logic.
- Partner with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
- Ensure optimal performance of reporting systems.
- Conduct peer reviews and manage team tasks.
- Develop and enhance custom dashboards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Workday Security and advanced reporting.
- Skilled in creating calculated fields.
- Advanced knowledge of Matrix and Composite Reporting.
- Proficient in building and modifying custom dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning.

Workday Rewards, Performance & Compensation Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, design, configure, and optimize Workday Rewards and Performance modules.
- Lead solutioning for small changes and provide BAU support (production tickets & service requests).
- Act as the SME for Core and Advanced Compensation.
- Lead a squad, mentor team members, and ensure best practice delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- SME-level expertise in Rewards and Performance.
- Strong knowledge of MYIR and AMR processes.
- Hands-on experience with Core and Advanced Compensation.
- Knowledge of Compensation Review & Performance Review processes.
- Familiarity with Kainos Smart Regression Testing and issue tracking.
- Experience in Workday release activities.
- Deep understanding of compensation plans, matrices, packages, grades, grade profiles, and eligibility/rounding rules.
- Experience with EIB loads and custom report validation.
