Initial Assessment

We will reach out to you to discuss your interest, suitability and give you more details about the assignment or role over phone or email. You can connect with our friendly chatbots on our website to fast track your application process. 

Engagement Manager's Interview

We will next schedule your interview with our account engagement manager. Bring your 'A' game as the interviewer is looking for the best overall fit to the project positions. But don't worry - this interview is also a chance for you to know more about the project that you will join in future. This interview will typically be a video call or an in-person discussion. We want to know your strengths and we want you to know us better as well. 

Project Team / Client Interviews

We will set a schedule for a technical interview with the project manager or the client technical team. The project manager or the hiring manager looks for candidates with both -  good technical skills but also the learning attitude and an ability to perform the job successfully. In most cases, this is an in-person or a video discussion. A final interview may be required with the client's senior leadership team for select roles.

Selection

This is a good stage to be in! You have cleared the rounds of interview and we are ready with the job offer for you. Your engagement manager will explain the total compensation package and other components to you. We will discuss the plan from offer-to-on-boarding with you. At this stage, we will also begin the necessary reference and background checks.

We have a comprehensive process which supports the new joinees with everything that is required for you to make the best first impression on the project. Our Operations team will organize logistics and infrastructure (tools of the trade!) for you to start as smoothly as possible. And we will assign a representative who will be your point of contact for all matters following your on-boarding on the project
