We will next schedule your interview with our account engagement manager. Bring your 'A' game as the interviewer is looking for the best overall fit to the project positions. But don't worry - this interview is also a chance for you to know more about the project that you will join in future. This interview will typically be a video call or an in-person discussion. We want to know your strengths and we want you to know us better as well.
We will set a schedule for a technical interview with the project manager or the client technical team. The project manager or the hiring manager looks for candidates with both - good technical skills but also the learning attitude and an ability to perform the job successfully. In most cases, this is an in-person or a video discussion. A final interview may be required with the client's senior leadership team for select roles.
This is a good stage to be in! You have cleared the rounds of interview and we are ready with the job offer for you. Your engagement manager will explain the total compensation package and other components to you. We will discuss the plan from offer-to-on-boarding with you. At this stage, we will also begin the necessary reference and background checks.
