Upskilling helps you to continue develop and grow. Thus, it opens up potential career advancement. WSQ Certification will be issued to you by our training partners. Next, you will be inducted into one of our ongoing Digital Transformation project assignments with exciting clients which include various MNC and local banks, Asia offices of Fortune 500 firms, Global Technology companies, Internet Platform companies, Govt Agencies in Singapore.

UPSKILL

You will be Upskilled and Certified in an immersive program. The program duration depends on the assessment of your skills established during hiring process and the feedback from the mentoring panel. And hence the duration can be between 4 weeks to 12 weeks of class room and Simulation / Capstone Project Training.

DEPLOY

You will be moved to on-the-job training, working on a leading edge project at our customer site. You will be mentored by our expert consultant.

1. What is Skills Xcelerator?
Skills Xcelerator, Learn while you Earn, is an immersive training program where select candidates get Upskilled, Certified, then Deployed to one of our customer projects while being mentored by our Expert Consultant.

2. Why is upskilling important?
Upskilling is important because it helps employees to continue develop and grow. Thus, it opens up potential career advancement when there is a match between need and skillsets.

3. Do I need to pay any training fees?
While the training program is free, there may be a small administrative charge required by training provider.

4. Am I being paid a salary plus employment benefits during the training?
Yes, Selected consultants joining our Skills Xcelerator, Learn while you Earn, will draw a salary including employment benefits during the Upskilling to Deployment.

5. Is training virtual or onsite?
This Upskilling program will be mostly in-class training plus some webinars where necessary.

6. What happens after the training?
Selected Consultants will be inducted into a Customer project while being mentored by our Expert Consultant.

7. How long is the training period?
Our Skills Xcelerator program will be 4 to 6 weeks.

8. Do I get certification after the training if I pass?
WSQ Certification will be issued to competent candidates by our training partners.
